Withing the service of Tax Representative we represent foreign companies from beyond European Union without VAT premises in Poland.

We bear joint and several responsibility for the liabilities of a represented Tax Payer.

Our responsibilities include:

  • fulfilling the duties of a Tax Payer we represent;
  • Goods and services tax settlement
  • Keeping and storing documentation and VAT records
  • conducting activities regulated by Goods and services tax.

Tax Proxy

Withing the service of Tax Proxy we represent and fulfill the Clients’ duties regulated by Goods and services tax.

The service is directed at companies with premises in European Union.

Our responsibilities include:

  • Keeping and storing documentation and records for the needs of a tax given;
  • Taking care of proper conduct of control and tax proceedings.
