HR and payroll services:

  • keeping HR and payroll records, personel data file, absence records and working time of employees, drwawing up documents forming employement relationship;
  • calculating due remuneration, severance pay, compensations, equivalents, service anniversary awards and other bonuses indicated by the Mandator including further deductions according to agreement provisions, legal acts, work and remuneration regulations;
  • ordering periodic health examinations and work safety trainings;
  • drawing up GUS reports nad PERON declarations;
  • reporting, updating and deregistration of employees in ZUS;
  • drawing up and sending tax forms to a proper Tax Office;
  • preparing money transfers into accounts of state offices (ZUS, US and PFRON);
  • preparing money transfers and sending remuneration to given bank accounts;
  • preparing transfers from Company Social Benefit Fund according to regulations and acts of Social Benefit Fund;
  • providing data and clarification in matters within offered services in the course of potential controls conducted by authorised institutions and other matters regarding HR and payroll services.
